Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for the details we need to complete the order.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Paying with your credit/debit card or PayPal online is the easiest way to pay. If you prefer to use an alternative method, please contact us before placing your order.
We take payment immediately at the point of order. Out-of-stock items cannot be ordered. In the rare event that a stock error occurs and we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
If you issue a frivolous chargeback, you will receive an invoice for £24.99 to cover costs incurred by us in dealing with the chargeback.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us and we will correct the mistake where possible.
When confirmation of your order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we dispatch the goods. We include this term to protect us in the event of a pricing error or if we are unable to supply a product for any reason. If there is a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Age Verification
Primary check: For age-restricted goods, we verify your age and identity by requesting a clear photo of your passport or driving licence, plus a selfie holding the same ID so we can match the photo to you. If you have not previously provided these, you can upload them securely during checkout or at any time in My Account > My ID. We record successful checks so you are not asked again unnecessarily.
Uploads are protected by SSL/TLS during transfer and stored securely on our dedicated server (used only by our company). These images are kept while your customer account exists to evidence our legal age/identity checks and for compliance in the event of law-enforcement requests. They are never shared with anyone else for any purpose.
Secondary check: We may also use AgeChecked to corroborate age where appropriate. AgeChecked uses your name and address only.
Upon delivery of an age-restricted product, the courier (DPD, Royal Mail, or ParcelForce) will verify age at the doorstep and may request valid proof of age before handing over the order. This is a legal requirement for bladed articles.
Delivery Schedule
Orders received before midday (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) will normally be dispatched the same working day for delivery on the following working day. Orders received after midday will generally be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the working day after that.
Some couriers, such as Royal Mail, may deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Please note that this delivery schedule may be subject to change without notice and is not guaranteed.
We will provide tracking information (where applicable) when your order is dispatched. If you supply a mobile phone number, you may also receive SMS updates from the courier.
You must inform us within 10 days from the date of dispatch if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim and resolve the issue. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by the courier is sufficient evidence that goods have been received.
Delivery – Damaged Packages
All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. However, if a package arrives visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, the recipient must note the damage when signing for the delivery (e.g., “package received damaged” or “box opened”). This is necessary for any potential claims with the shipping carrier and to ensure we can assist you effectively. Failure to sign as damaged may result in the denial of claims for lost or damaged items and may limit our ability to provide a replacement or refund.
Back Orders
We do not accept back orders. You can use the stock notification option to receive an alert when the product comes back into stock.
Tax Charges
All orders shipped to UK addresses are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Credit Card Security
Our website uses SSL/TLS to protect your data in transit. Payments are processed by trusted Payment Service Providers (PSPs) that are PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant – the highest possible security standard. PayPal is also available as a payment option and is PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant.
Guarantee
Guarantees vary depending on the brand and manufacturer. If you require details of a specific product guarantee, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
