Steambow AR-Series – Carbon Heavy Bodkin Arrows x 6

The Bodkin Arrows with the black coding ring feature a hardened tool-steel point and are heavier than Steambow Target Arrows. Their construction requires careful handling and suitable target media. They may cause significantly greater target wear than Target Arrows, so Steambow do not recommend them for regular practice. The heavy Bodkin Arrows, identified by an additional stainless-steel ring, are designed for limbs with draw weights of 90 to 120 lb. They feature a high-quality aluminium nock and a hybrid carbon/aluminium shaft with an aluminium core inside the carbon shaft. This layered construction provides consistent flight characteristics and a robust build. Each arrow weighs 228 grains (14.8 g), making it considerably heavier than most pistol crossbow arrows.
