Description
The Bodkin Arrows with the black coding ring have a sharp point made of hardened tool steel and are heavier than Steambow Target Arrows. The increased mass and hardened point result in greater impact on targets than Target Arrows. Care should be taken when using Bodkin Arrows and suitable, robust target materials or backstops should be used. The edges of these points interact with target media and will cause increased wear compared to Target Arrows; for this reason Steambow do not recommend these arrows for regular practice. The light Bodkin Arrows are ideal for 35 to 75 lb and have a carbon shaft, a glued hardened tool steel point, and a high quality polymer nock.
