"12 Days of Christmas" Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering this giveaway you agree to the rules below. Please review carefully before submitting your details.

  1. The Promoter: The promoter is PJS UK Ltd, trading as crossbows.co.uk, with its registered office at Voyager House, Duke Street, Shaw, Oldham, OL2 8PA ("The Promoter").
  2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales) aged 18 or over, excluding Northern Ireland, employees of The Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
  3. Competition Period: Entries open on 24th November 2025. Daily prize draws run from 1–12 December. Final entry deadline: 12:00 PM on 12 December.
  4. How to Enter: Complete the sign-up form on https://www.crossbows.co.uk/12-days-of-christmas-2025/ with a valid email address and UK mobile number. One entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. No purchase necessary.
  5. The Prize Draws: Twelve daily draws. Entries received before 1 December are eligible for all draws (unless already a winner). Entries received later join remaining draws from their entry date.
  6. The Prizes: Daily prizes announced on crossbows.co.uk or social media. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. One prize per person during the promotion.
  7. Winner Notification & Verification: Winners contacted via the provided email or mobile. Proof of age (valid ID) is required before dispatch. Failure to respond or prove eligibility within 7 days may forfeit the prize.
  8. Delivery: Prizes shipped to UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland) within 14 days of successful verification. The Promoter is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  9. Data Protection & Publicity: Personal data is used solely to administer the competition. By entering you opt in to the crossbows.co.uk newsletter and can unsubscribe at any time. Winner first names and counties may be shared publicly.
  10. Liability: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries due to technical issues and, as far as permitted by law, is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from taking up a prize.
  11. General: The Promoter may suspend, cancel or amend the competition if necessary. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
