Delivery
Can someone else accept my crossbow delivery?
Yes. Someone aged 18 or over at your delivery address can accept it for you. The delivery must be signed for and cannot be left in a safe place.
Age checks
What ID do I need to provide for a crossbow order?
We ask for a clear photo of your driving licence or passport and a separate photo of you holding it. The ID photo must be clear enough for us to read your name and date of birth.
How do I upload my ID?
After you place your order, we send an email with a secure upload link. Use that link to upload a photo of your ID and a separate photo of yourself holding it.
What if my ID upload link doesn't work?
Contact us so we can help you complete the check. We may be able to resend the secure upload email or arrange a WhatsApp video check instead.
Can I use someone else's ID for my order?
The ID needs to match the person named on the order. If you've submitted someone else's ID, contact us so we can help resolve the mismatch before the order is processed.
Do I need to provide ID again for future crossbow orders?
Our ID check is a one-time process. We keep a record that you have been verified, so you do not need to repeat it for future crossbow purchases.
Can I cancel my order if I don't want to provide ID?
Yes. If you do not want to provide the requested ID, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
